Teranex 2D Update Failure

I really hope someone can help.

I have just bought a Teranex 2D. Connected it to my Windows PC to update firmware via mini USB. Software loaded and said new firmware available.
Started update and it went to the end, then when it rebooted only the power light lit up. If you press it, it just flashes.
Software says please power on my device, then says software fail.
Unit now dead apart from power light!!

Tried it twice and the same thing.

Any ideas please??

Thanks. Just had hoped someone had experience...

Anyway can answer it now myself, so for anyone else that this happens to..

Teranex does not like updates via PC, you should always use a MAC for it to work properly.

If it does happen then you must roll back the firmware and then retry the new one.

All working now, but a panic moment as needed it for a job last night!
