ATEM green screen

PostTue Apr 14, 2020 2:44 pm

Hey all!

So to get to the point right away, I’ve got thid atem television studio HD here and suddenly the multi-view window shows all green inputs. Both the switch and macbook are running on 7.5.1. I’ve tried to reset the atem with a backup from an other atem (also running 7.5.1), wich did not work. I've also tried changing the default formats such as 1080i50 (wich it did work on), 1080p50 aswell some others, but non of the did work.

How do I fix this?

Thanks!

Hey Gary,

I just did with one of the re-sellers on the BMD website, they told me to get in contact with BMD. Wich is why I am here.

I've seen serveral topic's here with the same problem, but none of them have the correct answer posted...

Hope someone reading this will be able to help me ;)

Nick.

Roman his Atem is defective!!! The borders are nice and white. And his Red Tally is the correct color!! ;)

So his MV FPGA is toast..

If this would be an RGB only monitor the white lines would have been purple or something like that.

Yes Dell are excellent monitors and if well calibrated the color resemblance is excelent of them. Our OBV has 10 24" dell monitors build into the monitor walls. And got 3 in front of me now on my work desk. :D
