Hi all,
Just bought a TV Studio 4K Pro, and I've spent a couple of days getting used to it. However, it's developed a weird state which I hope is a setting rather than a faulty unit! It happened straight after I pressed the Key 1 Cut button.
It's in Program/Preview mode, running 8.1.1 and I have it connected to a PC via ethernet.
The Preview bus buttons aren't lit up at all, and pressing them does nothing. However, the preview source can be selected on the menu and in the software fine.
The Program bus selected button is lit white. Pressing them doesn't change the Program source on the multi view or the output, but it does show the source on the built in screen. Nothing changes on the multi view when pressing the Program bus buttons, but again I can change the source successfully in the menu or in the software.
I've tried restoring an autosaved config from before it was doing this, but no luck. Also tried power cycling it and updating the firmware again.
Any idea what it could be? Thanks in advance.
