GY-HM790u SDI Out and Decklink SDI

Hello

I am trying to get the SD/HD-SDI output on my camera to work. I seem not to get any signal into the Decklink card but suprisingly I get an out. Its as if the camera is passing right through it. HELLPPPP!!!

Sorry if I wasnt clear. When I connect the SD/HD-SDI output to the Decklink's SDI input, I dont get any signal at all in Media Express. Even I changed to different resolutions nothing comes up. But when there is a output connected to the Decklink, I can see the camera's output on the SDI monitor just not the signal in Media Express.

Which card DUO or QUAD? These cards pass signal from in to out of that channel.
Try reloading the driver for the Decklink card.

In Media Express, on the Device menu tab which channel are you using?

Does the framerate and resolution match your camera?

Sorry this issue is resolved.

Apparently I thought I had bought the PAL version of the 790 which is the
790E. Instead I got the 790U so the resolution should either be set to
NTSC or 1080 59.94i. Duh!
