Hello, I am currently experiecing a serious problem regarding my Atem Mini Pro.
It seems like that, somehow, Atem Mini Pro Recording a file into my Lacie HD with a little accentuation has corrupted the entire file.
I'm from Brazil and therefore, speak Portuguese and I had to record a video file directly from AtemMini Pro with the name "Sábado" which means "Saturday" as of today and the small "á" in the original file name completely corrupted my .mp4 video file.
What am I supposed to do now? Is Blackmagic team aware of this?
I just lost a ~2h 8.GB video from a work I'm currently doing and it seems like I cannot in anyway open the file (.mp4) in my Mac using neither of my available apps, nor Premier, which says the file cannot be opened or read.
I ran some tests and recorded small files with the same "sábado" name and a little variation and when I removed the word with accentuation, it just went everything fine.
Please, I need some help here
