No, not that I am aware of. The issue is, the Talley light signal is part of the CCU commands embedded in the HDMI stream. You would need a HDMI device connected between the camera and switcher that could extract the Talley signal and trigger a large light. This may add delay to the camera signal path. So I would say this would not be practical.
Switchers that support external Talley lights, have a separate Talley light connection port on them, like Tricaster switchers use. B!D switchers do not have this feature. There are third party solutions for the big switchers that use a SDI return signal, so the Talley signal can be extracted.
