Currently Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 v3.8 software records audio as 16 embedded channels.
Would it be possible for Blackmagic to add an option in configuration to record ONLY 2 channels in linked stereo mode.
I use these decks as backup recorders from ATEM swicthers which only pass 2 channels of audio to begin with. Any post production work is a nightmare as you have manually delete the other 14 channels and link channels 1 and 2 as stereo or otherwise it defaults to discrete/mono
