How to set HyperDeck Studio Mini Timecode

Hi,
Wrt above, kinda lost.

I deal with NLE (usually take timecode for granted type, since my work is usually piece meal ...).
Any recommendation for a user like me on the following settings - Timecode input, Timecode output and Timecode preset ?

Hard to answer this as it depends on what timecode you want the HyperDeck Studio to include in its recorded files.

If you just want the recordings to start at some well defined timecode, then you can use Timecode Preset for this.

If you want to use some externally generated timecode source, then the timecode must be embedded in the SDI video signal fed to the HyperDeck Mini. In which case you can use Timecode Input and the HyperDeck Mini will write that into its recordings.

Timecode Output affects the timecode that is embedded in the SDI output signal on video playback.
