Seeing an odd 'shifting' of the captured video streams

We've got a customer site that's complaining of an issue where the captured image is shifting over to the right. Configuration:

Centos 7.6 based operation system
Decklink Quad HDMI
3x 1080p-60fps sources, and 1x 4k 50fps source
Black magic driver 11.4


The problem that has been observed is that after a period of time (at around the 24 hour mark of continuous capture), the captured images coming from the Quad HDMI appears to be have 'shifted' to the left vertically. For example, if the captured picture normally looks like this:

After approximately 24 hours the image would have gradually shifted right like this:

4 1 2 3
4 1 2 3



Rebooting the system appears to cause the image to return back to it's correct however the malfunction will gradually return. This occurs on all of the HDMI sinks on the Quad HDMI's, though each one will be to slightly different degrees of severity. We do not believe this to be a HDMI source malfunction, as the 4 sources are all independent, and it is unlikely that 4 separate HDMI sources from different vendors would malfunction in the same manner. We have confirmed this shifting present using the the Black Magic Media Express application.


We are unable to try 11.5 or newer of the driver at the moment as the newer driver brought in some other incompatibilities to our software that need to be worked through first. We're mostly wondering if anyone else has seen this problem or if this a known issue anywhere.
