Atem Mini Pro USB Output not working

Hi ,

Just bought an Atem mini pro for an upcoming event.

The USB output for webcam is not working. I can get an audio feed through webcam output and not a video feed.

Can you please urgently help.

You need to use a DATA cable, not one that is meant for charging devices. Also what is the video signal fed to the ATEM? Do you get a video feed from the HDMI out?

Cable needs to support at minimum usb3 for the mini and usb 3.1 gen1 for the mini pro. C to C or C to A its doesnt matter, just ensure it works at the spec the mini outputs.
It also goes that the pc should support the expected specs of the driver, OS, as advised on the BMD website.

Also make sure you connect it to a native USB port - no hubs or adapters!
