Hi. I’ve recently done a setup for a church so they can livestream. The setup is two Canon camcorders and a Sony mirrorless into an ATEM pro mini which is connected via USB to a laptop running OBS and presentation software.
The problem I’m having is I’m not getting 1080 video out of the ATEM into OBS. Also when I go to the program view on the ATEM monitor it’s clearly not 1080, so is this the ATEM dropping the resolution and is there a setting for this somewhere in the software? The cameras are outputting fine when connected to a monitor. OBS also says it’s getting a 1080 signal so it seems the resolution is getting dropped somewhere and then brought back up to 1080?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
