Canon EOS 760D not connecting to my ATEM mini pro

Hi folks
I’m new to this so apologies if I ask silly questions. I have an EOS 600D that connects without a problem to my ATEM, my 760D does not want to know. I’ve been all through the camera menu on both cameras and have the same settings on both. Can anyone help?

Not a canon user myself but looking around online, people have said to check to see if the wifi function is on, if it is turn it off then try connecting it to your Mini Pro again.
