Hi - just attempted our first live streaming event using 3 cameras into the ATEM Production Studio 4k, with the SDI Program output into a Hyperdeck and the Hyperdeck loop output into a Magewell SDI+ capture device attached to a MacBook Pro, then OBS with the Stageit server & key.
The video captured on the Hyperdeck was fine, but the video recorded by OBS and seen by the audience was very glitchy. I'm assuming that it is a problem with settings after the hyper deck - maybe something with the Magewell or more likely my OBS settings? I'd appreciate any ideas - we're going to be doing weekly shows and I need to get this sorted out fast.
TIA for suggestions. I was so happy with what I was seeing on the Multi-view that it came as a shock when I started getting comments about the lagging video. The audio actually seems pretty good but the video is unwatchable
