For my understanding:

The Background (black/white with red circles) and the foreground are the same sources ? So yes, why are the circles shown in the background, when allready keyed and visible in the foreground ? Only to keep them in one graphics ?

On the first view "yes". Maybe with the ATEM TVS, definely with 1ME. TVS I try later, perhaps 1ME can confirm someone ?

If you don´t have a key signal with the computer signal I don´t think that you can make this on the TVS.
It has only 1 chroma keyer and to remove both black and white it´s more a red chroma key.

If you have a key signal as well there is no problem as long as you have the chroma key in the middle, the other way around are not possible.

I hoped, TVS can do it using DSK, but it dont work. So you'll need a 1ME because of its two Chromakeyers.
