Simultaneous Chroma Key & Lower-Third w/ATEM Mini Pro?

I've a working chroma key with a video loop background, and I've also imported a .png file with an alpha channel which is a lower third I'd like to overlay atop the chroma key fill source live camera input.

Is this possible with the ATEM Mini Pro?

Yes. You can use DSK for the lower 3rd.
