Hi,
I've been given a Web Presenter to stream a meeting. According to the manual, it only has to be plug and it works as a USB Webcam. Well, the issue is that my computer (Windows 10 OS) doesn't detect it.
I've downloaded web presenter software v1.2, and I connect the device to the computer through the front USB cable. Then, web presenter is detected, but it says that software needs updating (attached a screenshot). When I try to click on the "Update now" button, it shows up an update error, and do nothing else.
Please, can anyone tell me what are we doing wrong?
