Hi
Just been doing a bit of a setup re-jig due to a Smart hub install and now i find my 1M/E doesn't seem to be seen on the network..
My laptop sees it when connected via USB, for good measure i've updated to the latest firmware, I've changed network switcher ports, changed network cables and even changed the IP address incase it was a network clash.I'm still not able to access the 1 M/E via the control surface software, also my Atem hardware control surface does not see it either.
A friend of mine said someone he worked with had the same problem and BM had said this was a known fault and could either be fixed under warranty (if in warranty) of at a fixed price if out of warranty. Has anyone had this and what was the outcome? How much was it and how long did they have it for?
