ATEM 1ME Intermittent Multi-view

PostMon Sep 23, 2013 1:59 pm

Hi,

Since updating to 4.** I have had the HDMI multi-view intermittently loose signal for a couple of seconds. This has been bearable but when I used it yesterday it was dropping out all the time.
Interestingly this seems to settle down after the 1ME has been on for a while and stops dropping out so it doesn't appear to be a overheat issue.
The SDI multiview output doesn't drop out.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I haven't got round to downgrading the firmware yet / trying a different monitor and the usual troubleshooting process, other than check all the HDMI connections are good.

Thanks,

Tim

Thanks,

I reseated all the cables between my ATEM and patch panel and that seemed to resolve the issue.

It just happened to coincide with updating the firmware.
