HyperDeck Studio Sync Issues

Occasionally, I notice where the audio & video recorded on my HyperDeck Studio is way out of sync. Other times, it's right now.

Does anyone have any idea why and how to resolve?

I've had the same problem on the Hyperdeck Studio Pro once, but I haven't been able to figure out a reason. I've recently upgraded to ver. 4.0 and when the issue occurred I recorded in ProRes LT. I've never registered any sync problem earlier.
