Bad Archive on ProRes 720/59.99

I work live video and I was used the compression ProRes whit 720p Input. When I copy file to Premier Software and any software the file is corrupt. I have a Hyperdeck Studio whit Intel 520 256G. I need help.

You are on a PC/Windows? Did you try to open it in Quicktime (you will of course need Quicktime installed to get the Prores codec)? What error do you get? What product did you use to record it?

by the way... it will be 720p/59.94 (not 59.99) - I am sure that was just a typo.
