ATEM SOFTWARE CONTROL AUDIO ISSUE

Hi,

When I'm on the "Audio" tab of the ATEM software control panel. I can see the sound coming thru, but I can't here it on my headphone or the laptop speaker. I tried everything, but I can only see the sound on the meter, but can't monitor it. I'm on 4.1 on a MacBook Pro.

Any idea?

Have you connected one of the outputs to your macbook?
You don´t get any audio if you only connected the ethernetcable, thats only for controlling the Atem.
One way to get audio are to connect a videomonitor to the hdmi output and turn up the volume on the monitor.

Hi Hakan,

I have connected now the Macbook Pro to the ATEM via ethernet as well as the USB. No monitoring sound.

I have the sound embedded via SDI input from the camera.

another thing i've noticed that on the "settings" tab. I have the "Audio" part greyed out. The part where you can select the "Program Audio" and the "Monitor Audio"

Any thoughts?

Only connecting to the Atem (i guess a TVS) doesn't give you any audio. You must open a capturing program to hear it. Try opening Media Express and there you should be able to hear the audio.

I think that the greyed out part of the settings are because the software are for all Atems, but not all Atems have the same specifications.
