Monitor audio input to H.264 Pro Recorder

PostTue Oct 29, 2013 6:47 am

Hi guys

I am feeding audio from a Yamaha o1v (audio mixer) into the ATEM1 switcher out via HDMI to H.264 Pro Recorder. I am using MXLight for streaming and recording.

The audio is pretty hot on the Yamaha o1v but the recorded file from H.264 Pro Recorder is very soft. I read somewhere this is due to the difference in impedance.

Is there a way to monitor the level being recorded and adjust it?

Thanks.

Blackmagic MediaExpress has meters for monitoring.
