Mini Converter SDI To HDMI not working with factory firmware

Brand new converter - video on HDMI starts jittereing after few minutes working.No matter,which resolution,frame rates.Each time,when i it connecting,at the beginning is correct picture...
For tests replaced with 3 other same model converters - all working fine.
When i downgraded it's firmware to 1.9.2 - picture stays stable !!!
When upgrade to next 2.2.1 or 3.0 - the problem comes back.
3 other converters works fine with all versions.
So problem must be in new one processor.
[in all cases SDI loop works correct]

We're having the same Problems here. Just bought new SDI-HDMI converters, and one cusomer reported me the flickering you were speaking of. And another customer which bought 2 converters said, 1 is working as expected, whereas the other also has the flickering.

We didn't tried anything with updating yet, but we really need a solution - or will return the "broken" converters to BD. Does someone know anything about this issue? Thank you.

Problem solved with a new firmware version 3.0.1.[beta]

It was"beta",from yesterday,06.12.2013 it is a newest official!
