Tested Skype 6.11.0.455 on an early 2011 13" MacBook Pro running OS X 10.9. This setup does not work unfortunately. If you are looking for a setup that does, you'll need to install Skype 6.0.0.2946 which is available at oldapps.com. Hoping that eventually Skype will see the Mini Recorder properly. Right now it just shows a generic Blackmagic input for audio and video which does not work.
Also, OS X 10.9 broke compatibility with Quicktime Broadcaster and the UltraStudio. I'm sure that's to be expected since QT Broadcaster hasn't been updated since 2009. I just liked that is was a small program that just got the job done. FMLE still works though.
