Is it possible to run both a UltraScope and ATEM studio on one PC?
It is possible if your PC is able to fulfil the conditions required for UltraScope to run. Basically, Software Control is only a communication program with your ATEM, so it doesn't use much resources. However, UltraScope is quite resource heavy as it requires a certain grade of Graphics Card, not to mention the USB 3.0/Thunderbolt connection.
I would strongly recommend getting 2 PCs to run both programs, but that ultimately is up to you to decide.
