HyperDeck Studio

Hello
I have a (HyperDeck Studio) I connected device Mixer Video (Datavideo HS-2000 ) did not Save sound despite the fact that video up naturally and it dawned on me through correspondent manufacturer Mixer video that problem in the device (HyperDeck Studio) because it does not accept the audio format analog. I continued with the agent in Dubai (Blackmagic) and told me that there is an update New to this version and I updated and will work directly.

Do you actually have an update? How do I get it?

the 'HyperDeck Studio' has only SDI or HDMI inputs...
And sound over SDI or HDMI is always digital embedded, isn't it ??

Or are you already speaking over the 'HyperDeck Studio Pro' ?

Talking about (HyperDeck Studio) Yes his entrances SDI and HDMI the problem is that the device does not receive analog audio and the agent in Dubai told me Black Magic in that there is an update that can help you to solve the problem.

take a look on the schematic diagramm of the "Hyperdeck Studio" (without "Pro"). There is no audio-input and no firmware-update is able to create new hardware

The "Hyperdeck Studio Pro" has audio-input, but I don't know if shipping for it has already been started.

As far as i know, the datavideos audio out is not embedded to the SDI Output - You have only analog audio output.

So you should have at least two options:

1.) Use the BMDs mini converter "Audio to SDI" for audio embedding.

2.) Use the BMDs "Hyperdeck Studio Pro" - when available.
