Atem Mini Pro MP1 Video Out

I have an Atem Mini Pro, is it possible send MP1 to HDMI Out?

There is one way you could make this work.

As you know, you can select what you want to go to the hdmi output. On the face of the atem mini pro unit itself you are limited to
input 1
input 2
input 3
input 4
m/v
and pgm

But if you hook your atem mini pro up to a computer and launch the atem control software you will get access to more options. Unfortunately MP1 is NOT one of those options.

However, PREVIEW is. So if your ATEM Mini pro is set to "Cut Bus" you could just leave MP1 on preview (although you would again need the software to put MP1 into preview as the atem mini pro in "cut bus" mode won't let you select a preview but the software will...just select it on the preview bus line).

Now that means you can only use your atem mini pro with hard cuts. No problem for some situations. But if you need dissolves or wipes or anything besides a basic cut, this won't work.

You can send graphics from MP1 to HDMI PGM out on the ATEM Mini. The button for MP1 is marked "STILL" on the ATEM.

I had assumed he wanted to iso MP1 to HDMI output....but after rereading...you might be right...he maybe only wanted to have it be part of his mix???
