Hello everyone!
Please help me if is possible.
I have ATEM Studio Television HD and I cannot use menu in front panel becouse knob spin don't working.
If I push menu button and I want to change page or settings I spin the knob but nothing happening in menu.
Everything else works, all phisycal button, inputs, aux and others...
I can change settings from laptop with atem software but in some cases I need to make this directly from phisycal panel.
Knob spin well but without any result in menu...

I have a event in few hours and this problem kill me.

UPDATE:
I forgot to specify software version: 8.1.1.
I made a reset:
power off
push and hold SET button
power on
I run setup utility (9.4) and installation works god but nothing change.
After this knob don't work. Nothing happening when spin the wheel.
It is impossible to make change in menu without my laptop and this is not god.

If somebody know how to fix that, please tell me.

Nobody from Blackmagic or another user know how to fix this issue!?
I try to find something about that on internet but nothing.
Studio Television HD have diagnostic software tool?
