ATEM TV Studio HDMI Multi-View output stopped working

I have been using the ATEM TV Studio flawlessly for over a year now and today the HDMI Multi-View no longer outputs video. I do get the multi-viewer video out of the SDI output.
Everything is setup to 720p 59.94 in the switcher.

I tried swapping cables, and monitors. Orignal cable I have been using tested good, as does the monitor.
HDMI does not work on the Multi-View out only also tested with a different cable and monitor.

Original cable and monitor pass PGM HDMI out no problem.

I also upgraded to the latest FW with no success.
Is the HDMI just dead? What can I do for repair or servicing?

You may have a dead HDMI port.

Though, I've read about this issue once or twice. Try powering down the TVS for a good 10 minutes or so, and then trying it again.

I just powered it on after being off for more than 24hours and still nothing out of the HDMI port.
Appears to be dead.
