One of our heavy duty mini HDMI to SDI converters is now only showing black and does not receive any signal that we send it.
We've used this for 3 months without any problem and today we lost all signal to it and through it.
Converter is still getting power.
We know our signal is good because we've tested it on several other converters.
Does anyone have any thoughts?
