ATEM Television Studio USB Error

I keep getting a USB error every time I connect my ATEM TV studio to the computer via usb. It says device damaged of not recognized.

It works perfect as a switcher. But I like to use Media Center to record a back up H.264 video.


Has anyone run into this issue?

try on different computer ..

And further... try a different port / different cable.

I tried a few different cables.. I ordered a long cable to try on a different computer. Will update once I try the other computer system.


It worked for a few days on the system it is on now, But then started to get the error.

It is on a Windows 8.1 machine. I am guessing that may be the issue.
