Recommended laptop for capturing

i m using Panasonic HMR-10 recorder.
i want to use Laptop For capturing.... ive tried so many laptops but i used to get drop frame during capturing.

Please tell me the configuration of laptop for capturing my live events. :(

use quick SSD in laptop , and drops will be out ..

What format do you want to capture in? If you need uncompressed HD you have to have the fasted possible hard drive setup. If you can go with a compressed version you won't need such a fast hard drive. So... It depends.
