signal blinking

I have 2 years using the ATEM 2 without any problems. recently bought the ATEM 2 4K but the signs are not stable, flicker with black. I tried with other wires and blinking continues. What is wrong?

I have the same problem. When I used ATEM 1 everything was great, now I use ATEM 1 4K and the same SDI cables (100 m each) and I often lose signal (black blinks). I double-checked SDI cables with my supplier and everything is ok. Probably there's a problem in ATEM 1 4k itself.
Is here someone who can support us with this problem? In next few days I have next event and I'm afraid of next problems with stability of signal. Thank you in advance.

Have you called into Blackmagic's support line? This is a user forum. No one here can help you with faulty hardware.

Hello I have the same problem: i have 2 ATEM production studio 4K and 50m SDI cable and there is blinking with SDI. Before i was OK with ATEM M/E 2. I use 1080i50
What happend ?? it's terrible: not stable !

have you tried reshaping your SDI signal by using a micro converter loop in/out?

Yes i have tried but nothing.. Loop is not reclock..
The only good device is DATAVIDEO DAC-70 (SDI in > SDI OUT) yes it's make better..
