PC VGA to 1 M/E

I am setting up a new 1 M/E and have a Atlona AT=HD500 up-scaler. Currently, I have software version 3.3 installed and the output is not seen on the ATEM. As I understand it, I need to revert to version 3.1 to get this corrected, or wait for 3.4. Do I understanding this correctly?

(I did configure the Atlona using a monitor before I attached it to the ATEM.)

I am wondering when this update will come to us. Its been 3 months since this issue was discovered.

Someone noticed the update was briefly available yesterday... then removed... so I suspect it will be soon.
