Hyperdeck Studio Additions

I wanted to throw our a request for future updates to the Hyperdeck. First of all, thanks for a great machine. It has been solid and very easy to integrate into our workflow.

First request: Illuminated buttons.
We work in a dark / live environment I would benefit from being able to see the deck while in a production.

Second request: 422 ProRes
The HQ is great, looks good, but encoding takes unneeded time and we are not doing an 1080p Effects. So Reg ProRes would be a great help.
