Atem Tally Interface stops working after a few minutes

We Have a network switch plugged into a 2 M/e console connected to a Tally Interface connected to a 2 m/e switcher with everything updated to the 3.3 software.

The tally unit will work for a few minutes and then stop activating the camera tally lights. Once this happens the panel and switcher will still communicate but we are unable to use a computer to connect to the switcher. Switching the tally interface off breaks communication between switcher and panel, powering it on restores normal operation but only for a few minutes.


Has anyone else had this problem?

We have tested this for many hours and cannot reproduce what you are experiencing.
