13" Macbook Pro won't detect Atem Pro. Studio 4k

I have an BM Atem Production Studio 4K. I have three Macs running into it.

An iMac running 10.9.3

A 15" Macbook with 10.10.2

A 13" Macbook with 10.10.2

The first two computers are connecting perfectly with the production switch. However the 13" isn't detecting the switch. I have checked the cables, I have checked the macbook. But when I plug it into the switch the screen flickers but doesn't detect anything.

I'd check to make sure the Ethernet connection and the WiFi aren't conflicting. The other question to ask is what year is the 13"?

the 13" macbook is late 2013.

I would double check the Ethernet and WiFi connections and make sure they aren't conflicting with each other.

Just to make sure that we are helping you with the right question.
Are you trying to use the Mac Book Pro as a input to the switcher?
If so, how are you connecting it to the switcher.
Any difference in the setup with the other computers. Different inputs or the same.

I have a mac mini that controls the switch and works very well.

The iMac, the 15" & 13" MacBooks are inputing content from powerpoint, keynote and propresenter for display on two large screens. I using the HDMI out on the MacBooks and the thunderbolt on the iMac.

there are no issues with the iMac and the 15" macbook pro. They detect the switch and output a dual display. I connected two 13" macbook pro (late 2013) and both have refused to detect the switch and output a signal to it. I did get it to work briefly when I connected the macbook directly into the projector with the HDM, it detected the projector with no difficulty. I moved it immediately to the switch and it worked until I disconnected it. when I reconnected it refused to detect the switch.

I have disabled the wireless internet with no effect.

My next suggestion to you is to double check that the resolution of the 13" MBP matches the ones set on the ATEM. The projector will take whatever signal is ingested into it and scale automatically where as our products search for a specific signal that you've already set.
