Purple vertical lines intermittently distorting video

Hi,

I'm currently experiencing this strange intermittent event where various sources into our ATEM 2/ME will turn purple with vertical lines entirely across the source. The ATEM is hooked up to a compact video hub, and if I use the hub to refresh the input to the ATEM, the problem goes away for a while. I've tried bypassing the ATEM with the videohub directly feeding one of our in room monitors and the ATEM feeding another to do an A/B test, and the problem only shows up in the ATEM. It's not just one particular input that does this, and sometimes its all of them at once! I'm wondering if its a faulty unit, or possibly a genlock issue? has anyone else experienced this?

It is a kind of design bug at least in the ATEM 2ME switcher.
Most time it appears when fiber converters Studio Converter/Camera Converter are involved.
Only some of the SDI inputs are sensible for this problem.
There is an also a similar distortion which looks like a image shift.

At least all "classic" ATEM 2ME do have this bug.
BMD does not like or is not able to fix it.
I never saw it on 4K models or TVS yet.

The classic 1ME has strange audio bugs too at least when using all video inputs...

I'm currently experiencing the same purple vertical lines on my atem 2 m/e with a video compact hub. Have you found any solutions to this? Is the problem in the ATEM or the Compact Hub?
