ATEM+Hyperdeck+Teranex software

Hi,
Im trying to install to my ntb software for controling all ours BMD stuffs, specialy ATEM + hyperdeck + teranex software and I dont see solutions. My computer is win7 pro 64b, versions are ATEM 6.5, Hyperdeck 4.4 and Teranex 4.0 (all actual from bmd).
I already know, that Teranex has to be installed before ATEM (otherwise the install stops and says, atem has to be removed). Ok, lets install hyperdeck and teranex before atem.
1) First, I install hyperdeck - no problem - then teranex - and hyperdeck has to be removed.
2) First, I install teranex - no problem - then hyperdeck - install ends with error code 2753 - problem with the package.
There is the question, what is the right way to install all these things?

What's the intent for installing all the firmwares? Do you plan on doing remote to the Hyperdeck/Teranex?

Yes, I would like to have notebook for remote control/status check of Hyperdeck/Teranex. (You know, sometime my collegues forget to start recording (furtunately the backup recording is running all the time) and its usefull to check it remotely).
And also I wanna update firmware (left Hyperdeck, other things are recently up to date )

The Teranex software would need to be installed first to update the unit but could not remain on the computer.

The Hyperdeck and ATEM software can be installed in that order and can remain on the computer in order to do any control/updates as needed.

Some news:
I need to have teranex sw rather than hyperdeck. Ok, AFAIK it should work - teranex and atem.
But I install (uninstall atem and teranex and then install teranex) the new version - 4.2 of Teranex (love this update). But know, I can not install the ATEM 6.5 - installation ends with an error 2753 I really dont want to have one pc for every kind of equipment..
