H.264 Pro Recoder Constant Software Update

I am using the pro recoder for my live streams, however as of late I am getting a constant software update message - i keep running the update but it still gives me the message. when it appears I lose my video feed in the middle of my broadcast. I have attached an image of the error, can you please assist.

If possible test with a 2nd USB cable. If the problem continues test this on another computer. If the problem follows the device to a 2nd computer, contact your nearest Support office for further assistance.
