Will ATEM work with Windows Surface RT/Pro with LAN adaptor?

I am interested in getting a touch screen Windows computer to control the ATEM software panel

just wonder if the ATEM software will run under Windows RT or Windows 8

Windows 8 is supported, but we have not certified Windows RT. Because RT is for tablets and other mobile devices, I'm not fully certain the ATEM driver and software would properly load on this OS.

It will be a good idea of only-panel version of ATEM control panel so we can use it on touch screens or a windows RT version.
