capture VGA with intensity Pro

I just purchased a BM Intensity Pro PCI-e card. I will be attempting to webcast later this month with a vga signal with a resolution of 1024x768 I believe. I have a vga to hdmi converter. I'm having difficulty getting a image on the media express though. I'm testing this with another computer attached to the intensity pro card. I have the card set at 1024x768. Any ideas?
