ATEM 1 M/E 4K Audio Channels

We are using an ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K switcher and one of the uses is for streaming our content through an Osprey 825e SDI capture card. We have been having problems with the audio settings on the card and I have been asked what channel I'm sending my audio to it on. I am inserting analog audio to the ATEM through the XLR jacks. I cannot find anything in the manual that tells me what channel the XLR's represent. I am assuming channels 1 and 2, but am looking for confirmation on that.
