Anyone use iPad as an ATEM 1 input? What converter ?

For our live shows I often use iPads as playout devices for prerecorded commercials and other features. Since I'm on the verge of buying an ATEM 1 I was wondering if anyone else does this and if so, what kind of connection to the ATEM do you you use? In my case I would likely be running 1080i on 2 other inputs.

Found the Atlona Line Pro-2 that seems pretty ideal for our uses, sold by B&H. TV One has a similar box (same manufacturer?) but can't find any well-known resellers.

Use an apple tv Works like a charm.

apple tv output is fixed .. ATV2 is 720p60 .. ale ATV3 1080p60 (i think) ..

Apple TV (3) can be setup in numerous resolutions. I use it in 720p mode. I believe I tested it in 1080i mode also (but can't quite remember as it was a while ago and I don't actually use that mode in my events)

can u set fps ? im interesting in 50 ..

Hello, I use this software Air Server (http://www.airserverapp.com/), works really fine on my ATEM, I use a laptop with HDMI output, extended display, and works just great!

This software is really cheap, and if you already have a computer with HDMI output, it's a great choice.

Thanks for the suggestion, worth a try for $15 bucks even if just to have it in one's back pocket.
