Changing input location in mutiview

PostWed Jun 15, 2016 5:21 pm

Changing input location in multiview on ATEM Production Studio 4K. I see in the user manual it indicates how to change the multiview layout and indicates I should be able to change the location of each input, but the dropdown look disabled, when I click on them nothing happens, i.e. no dropdown appears...

Hello Luke. You should be able to change the inputs displayed in the Multiview on the Production Studio 4K. Only the ATEM Television Studio does not have this capability. I cannot think why the menus would be grayed out. Maybe you could post a photo.

Regards, Gary

Well, :( I should have double checked the model I was told we have. Looking at the product images it is clear we have a television studio 4k not a production studio 4k. Thanks for the help, sorry for the oversight.

We Have the same issue as well where our inputs are grayed off.

We replaced our splitter and after that the the input orders have been all messed up and out of order ( 1 is now 3, 2 is now 7 and so on
