Mini-Converter embedding timecode from HDMI- into SDI-signa

question:
I would like to go from an HDMI-camera-output to the Hyper Deck Shuttle 2-SDI-input using a BM-converter that converts from HDMI to SDI (the battery converter).
Will the generated SDI-signal use/embed the timecode of the HDMI-signal? So that the Hyper Deck can use this for record-triggering? (Acutally the camera has an HDMI-rec-run-timecode!)
(Background: The Canon 5d Mark III will have a clear HDMI-output soon, but Hyper Deck Shuttle 2 doesn´t support HDMI-timecode record triggering (so far)).
