ATEM 1 M/E "resets"

Every so often the multiview and PROGRAM out drops! It usually lasts about 3 seconds and picks right up as normal, but I'm a bit concerned something is wrong.

I've got the 3.5 firmware loaded.

We get these problems when someone connect or disconnects something to the ATEM with a different ground, such as a computer with a different ground connected through HDMI, on a disconnect or connect it drops out.

I also get a flashing multiviewer and outputs with a weak/bad SDI input signal...
This is on a TVS.

I had this same issue. I found it was a heat issue. I put a 1RU fan mounted directly above the ATEM and it has never done it ever again.

I also saw someone mention that the ATEM dissipates heat down the cables, so even if you arent using the inputs or outputs, hook cables to as many ports as possible. I have expanded my system since iput the fan in, using almost every port, and i have never had any of these issues since.
