HyperDeck Studio video format output

Hello,
We are using 2 HDStudios to "simulcast" video from one of our campuses to a couple others. The format that is recorded at the event location is in 1080p, and I was wondering if I could change that format from 1080p to 720p on the playback end or if I would have to change the record settings on the recording unit.

It will only playout what you have recorded, there is no downscaling in the HDS. You would have to either change the recording format, or put a downscaler after the HDS output to achieve what you want to do.
