No input on some atem channels

Hello !

I had a problem today.. i tried to link a BMPCC on Atem channel 2 and no signal! Tried on channel 3 its ok!
After that a try all channel... no signal on channel 2 and channel 7 ... all others is ok!

Any ideia?

Which ATEM do you have? Depending on the model, you might want to check page 18 and 53 of the manual. It could be as simple as switching the input. Third tab over in the Settings > Label. Via the drop down, change Input from SDI to HDMI.

Its a atem 1m/e... To input 2 and 7 the sdi its the only opition ! No ideia about what i can do :/

Had this problem with our ATEM 1M/E after ugrading it to 6.9
Input 2 and 10 suddenly went dead. Had to downgrade to 6.8

No lucky for me =\

I used a 3 ou 4 times after the upgraded and now is dead !

The Brazilian support said this case dont have repair !

Any other ideia?
