ATEM 1 M/E Broadcast Panel will not turn on

Hello, we just unboxed the ATEM 1 M/E Broadcast Panel updated the firmware.
We were testing our some of the functions and it went dark like it lost power.

Now it will not turn on. Any ideas?

Good thing you didn't drop power during firmware upgrade!

Is the heatsink overly warm? In this case, try to direct some positive airflow over the heatsink to keep it cooler.

Could you try to check if the power adapter has a green light lit? If not, try changing the IEC cable you had. If that fails, try swapping the power adapter to see if that's the cause of your panel blackout. If all fails, I reckon you might have to refer back to your reseller/distributor or nearest Blackmagic support team for RMA.
